Troubleshooting & Updates

Updating Your Connection

We frequently update the Precept MCP server with new features, improvements, and updated tool schemas. Because AI clients cache tool definitions locally, you may occasionally need to refresh your connection when updates are released.

Plugins / Connectors
  1. Open Settings and click the Plugins tab.
  2. Select PreceptAI from your list of connected apps.
  3. Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner.
  4. Click Reconnect (or refresh in plugin information) to sync the latest tool definitions.

  1. Open Settings and navigate to Connectors.
  2. Find PreceptAI in your active connectors.
  3. Click the three dots (...) on the right.
